Check-in was efficient. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
The pool was not clean.

Fantastic Stay!
warm staff tasty items comfy bed early check
The customer service was fantastic! I found all the staff to be very warm and friendly. Breakfast offered a large selection of tasty items. The bed was comfy. I had a wonderful shower too. It was wonderful, and I appreciated the early check-in after my long journey.
The hotel is slightly crowded at times. this did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

The breakfast had a large selection, and many items were delicious. The hotel features several restaurants with varied cuisines. I particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant. It was great.

The staff was very attentive. They always fulfilled my wishes. The team at the Royal Club welcomed me warmly each time. I appreciated the assistance with planning my shopping and sightseeing. Swapnil Kondve really helped.

My room was large and comfortable, with nice amenities. The bathroom was clean. I also appreciated all the amenities. I thought the shower was wonderful. I have to say that the room was luxurious.

fitness center helpful instruction polite staff convenient subway
The fitness center had sufficient space for workouts. Pravin, the fitness coach, offered helpful instruction on proper form. I found the staff polite and professional at all times. The subway is conveniently located right beside the hotel.
The dim lighting in my room didn't lift the mood. SOME brighter options would be appreciated.

really good staff club staff fresh buffet
The staff WAS really good. I worked with Gerald Gomes. He stayed on top of the service. The club room staff remembered I like coconut water. They had it ready for me. The breakfast buffet is fresh. It offered many different cuisines.
